INTERNATIONAL ORDER INFORMATION

PLEASE EMAIL us directly at SALES@MERCEDESSOURCE.COM for instructions on how to place an international order. We are not able to offer automatic checkout in order to avoid miscalculated shipping costs. You will only pay the exact cost of shipping that we pay.

IMPORTANT: WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP DIRECT TO ANY COUNTRIES IN THE EUROPEAN UNION ( EU) due to their import regulations and extra expense.  There are also other countries with high-risk factors that we do not ship to directly.

OPTIONS: If you reside in the EU or any country that we can not ship to, you can use a U.S. freight forwarding company, and we can ship the order directly to them for you. In that case, there is no minimum order. Email us if you would like a recommendation for a freight forwarding company.  sales@mercedessource.com

We have a minimum purchase of $ 100.00 USD for DIRECT International shipments,  and we ONLY ship U.S. Postal Priority International. That means we cannot ship fluids, paint, or other chemicals. Keep in mind that HEAVY items can be VERY EXPENSIVE to ship

Orders that ONLY have digital content (non-shippable) can be completed immediately. Instructions on receiving digital content are emailed immediately after payment is received.
