Response to e-mail:
We normally try to answer all e-mails within 48 hours (except on weekends and holidays). As mentioned elsewhere, we will no longer be able to answer lengthy technical and maintenance related email questions. Please refer to our "Solutions Finder" for technical help. We have made the decision to devote our full efforts rather to the writing and publication of the many manuals people have been asking for.
Payment options:
We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard through our secure online shopping cart. Credit cards are processed securely through our Authorize.net Merchant Account. When paying via Paypal, you are automatically re-directed to their website during checkout to complete your payment.
We are not able accept checks or money orders.
Shipping:
We ship out your order via the shipping method requested on the online order. If the item cannot be shipped per the requested method, you will be contacted via email. If choosing postal method USPS picks up from us Monday thru Friday. Note that our electronic postal service provided by stamps.com does email tracking numbers upon shipment! We ship larger items daily through UPS ground unless otherwise specified and you will receive a tracking number directly from them (if you do not receive this notice then it is most likely you have spam blocking software turned on and the email has been rejected. This seems to be particularly true if you are an AOL user).
Returns:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! If for any reason (other than damage or malfunction) you decide you don't need an item or items you purchased, you may return it within 30 DAYS from original purchase for a refund less a 15 percent restocking fee OR $5.00 whichever is greater. All parts and instruction sheets / manuals must be returned undamaged in its original package to receive this refund. If any of the instructions or books are bent or soiled and not re-sellable as new you will be charged for them as well. No returns after 30 days. Electrical parts that have been installed are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.
IMPORTANT: Please contact us first to get authorization before returning any item(s). You must send a copy the INVOICE / PACKING SLIP that came with your order back with any returned items for an accurate and speedy processing of your refund.
