Kent will demonstrate how easy it is to remove and replace the front drive (serpentine) belt on most M112 and M113 engines from 1998 to 2006. The tool includes a correct-size pin and a plastic mirror so you can better see the lock-up hole under the tensioner.
Product Details
The tool measures 18 inches long and has a 17mm 12-point deep socket. To stiffen the breaker bar head and keep the socket from flopping around, Kent recommends wrapping the head in electrical tape, as shown in the video. This wrench will also work on older Mercedes lug bolts. Since the socket is removable, the breaker bar can be used with any other 3/8 inch drive socket.
PLEASE NOTE: This video may give you glimpses of Kent's custom welded wrench. The procedures are the same with this long breaker bar. The custom wrench is NO LONGER available for sale.
