Good used SOFT RUBBER intact rubber instrument cluster hold-in gasket. This is what holds the cluster tight into the dash. These often get damaged, and the cluster housing won't stay in the dash. Not perfect, but very usable. It has a fold in the rubber in one spot, but it does not affect its ability to hold the cluster in. Comes with instrument cluster removal instructions.

If both dash lights are not working including the lights in the upper center console the problem is most likely in the dimmer switch located on the back of the instrument cluster. This is also call the potentiometer providing variable resistance in the wiring to the bulbs.
