You can watch the Youtube video to understand what this kit can do, but attachment to the injection pump has been simplified.. Kent used it on his 6.3, which had sat outside and had not run in 19 years. The 6.3 injection pump is rare, to say the least, and can be very expensive to overhaul. Treat it with great care! Ensure it is thoroughly cleaned and lubricated before starting the engine after long storage.

You will get eight clear hoses, each 12 inches long, attached to eight small clear bottles to catch and measure flow. NEVER USE GASOLINE to clean or test the pump in this manner. Kent prefers 80 percent carb cleaner and 20 percent automatic transmission fluid as a cleaning agent and a straight diesel fuel for testing.
The bottles are vented at the top lip to prevent pressure build-up. Attachment is via a push-on silicone tube and hose clamps as shown below. The included on-demand video instructions provide examples of how to use this kit.
