Since this is a high-pressure hose assembly, we do not recommend that you try to just replace the rubber section. Upon inspection, if you find the hose is cracked or showing signs of failure, you need to replace the entire part shown here.

Please do not order this fuel hose unless you're sure it will fit your Mercedes. See the related chassis listed in the subtitle. This hose will NOT work on any W126 or R107 chassis. If you're not sure, get under your car and inspect your fuel delivery system. You will have two fuel pumps. One is stacked on top of the other.  You will see this hose connecting the two fuel pumps. If your fuel pumps and filter are old, we recommend you replace them for added reliability on the road. We have a special kit for this purpose, listed below under related products.

1992 to 99 LH-Jetronic Fuel Injection Delivery System BASIC Overhaul Kit

For 1992 to 1999 W140 and C140, 1994 to 1995 E320, E420, E500, and 1994 to 1997 SL320 and SL500. - ONLY 6 cyl. and V8 US engines with LH ELECTRONIC fuel injection!

PLEASE do not order in error! Check your engine first with the cover off. It should look exactly like the one you see in the picture below. LH-Jetronic fuel injection is electronic, so it does not require a fuel accumulator at the car's back end.
